Supervisor of Elections
3. (2) The Governor shall, by instrument under his hand, appoint the Supervisor of Elections, the Deputy Supervisor of Elections and such other officers as are required to enable the Supervisor of Elections to carry out his functions under this Act.
Duties of the Supervisor of Elections
4. (1) The Supervisor of Elections shall act impartially and independently of any political or governmental influence.
