Agnes Rocksén is a Research Assistant in the Political Participation and Representation team.

Agnes joined International IDEA as an intern in 2025 and started her position with the Political Participation and Representation team in 2026. Her independent research projects have focused on foreign influence, development finance, democratic integrity and corruption. Prior to joining the institute, she worked in academia, gaining experience in both administration and research, as a research assistant on an EU-funded project focusing on political systems in European democracies.
