22. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to candidates?

Article 76h, Federal Act on Political Rights (Bundesgesetz über die politischen Rechte)
[1 Verboten ist für die politischen Akteurinnen und Akteure nach den Artikeln 76b und 76c die Annahme:
a. von anonymen monetären und nichtmonetären Zuwendungen; und
b. von monetären und nichtmonetären Zuwendungen aus dem Ausland.
2 Monetäre und nichtmonetäre Zuwendungen von Auslandschweizerinnen und Auslandschweizern gelten nicht als Zuwendungen aus dem Ausland.]

"Art. 76h Anonymous donations and donations from abroad
1 It is prohibited for political actors in accordance with Articles 76b and 76c to accept:
a. monetary and non-monetary donations made anonymously; or b. monetary and non-monetary donations from abroad.
2 Monetary and non-monetary donations from Swiss citizens resident abroad are not regarded as donations from abroad."
