(1) During the campaign period, a political party or a candidate may publish campaign materials and shall, in any such publication, specify particulars sufficient to identify the political party or candidate. (3) For the purposes of this section, “campaign material” means a manifesto, billboard, pictorial image, poster, t-shirt, cloth, advertisement, or any other material aimed at conveying a campaign
message.

Comment

There are no provisions limiting political party expenditure whether during election campaigning period or non election campaigning period as long as it is both spent legally and accounted for in the financial reports.
