Artículo 573: 
Se sancionará con multa de quinientos balboas (B/. 500.00) a tres mil balboas (B/. 3 000.00) y el comiso de la propaganda, a las personas, precandidatos y candidatos que realicen todo tipo de actividad proselitista o de propaganda política, tales como la fijación, colocación o distribución de anuncios o afiches a favor o en contra de precandidatos, candidatos o partidos políticos dentro de las oficinas, dependencias y edificios públicos.    

Article 573:
A fine of five hundred balboas (B/. 500.00) to three thousand balboas (B/. 3,000.00) and confiscation of the advertisement shall be imposed on persons, pre-candidates and candidates that carry out any type of proselytizing activity or political political propaganda, such as the fixation, placement or distribution of advertisements or posters in favor or against pre-candidates, candidates or political parties within the offices, dependencies and buildings of offices, dependencies and public buildings.

There is a fine from USD500 to USD 3000 for those candidates who use public offices to support a candidate or a political party.
