22. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to candidates?

Source: Paragraph 1, Article 1/a of Presidential Decree 15/2022:
1. α) Χρηματοδότηση: δωρεά, εισφορά, έκπτωση, εισφορά σε είδος, οικονομική ενίσχυση προς τους δικαιούχους χρηματοδότησης.

The regulation does include in-kind donations in its definition of financing. However, it does not foresee a limitation to the type or value of such donations. Importantly, all kinds of donations need to be reported/submitted to the special audits committee.
