Article 26: Voter lists

The Directorate General of Personal Status (DGPS) shall prepare for every electoral constituency automated lists containing the names of voters as extracted from the personal status records. The voter lists shall contain the names of all voters who, on the start date of the voter lists’ updating period, i.e. the 20th of October every year, would have been registered in the electoral constituency for at least one year.
