23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

The law does not specify any ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities in general. 

Art. 31 enables political parties to obtain the proceeds of investments of party funds in press companies responsible for publishing the party's spokesperson newspapers, and in publishing and printing companies working on its behalf;
