Art. 118. - The Financing Control Commission of the election campaign checks the regularity and the sincerity operations registered in the election campaign account. It makes a decision within six (6) months contradictory way to approve the account, modify it or reject it. After this period, the account is deemed approved.    Art. 119...In case of exceeding the authorized expenditure ceiling election, the Commission fixes by a decision contradictorily, the amount of exceeding that the candidate must pay to the public treasury.
