41. Are there limits on the amount a candidate can spend?

Articles 92 and 94, Ordinance No. 21-01 of 26 Rajab 1442 (March 10, 2021) on the organic law relating to the electoral system

Art. 92. - Campaign expenses of a candidate in presidential elections can not exceed a ceiling of one hundred and twenty million dinars (120.000.000 DA) for the first round. For the second round, this amount is brought to one hundred and forty millions of dinars (140.000.000 DA). 

Art. 94. - Electoral campaign expenses for each list of candidates for the legislative elections does not exceed two million five hundred thousand dinars (2.500.000 DA) per candidate.
