32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

Art. 58.- In compliance with the provisions of the above mentioned Article 57, the authorized political parties shall have the following particular rights: - airtime in public media outlets proportional to their representation at national level;

Art. 77. - Any candidate for local, legislative or presidential elections  benefits from equitable access to the media, authorized audiovisuals, pursuant to legislation and applicable regulations...Political parties that are campaigning in the framework referendum consultations, benefit from access fair to authorized audiovisual media, in application legislation and regulations in force. Media Access Modalities and Procedures Audiovisuals authorized to exercise, are fixed in application legislation and regulations in force.
