11. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to political parties?

"(1) Political parties may not accept a donation from any of the following sources: (...) (d) state-owned enterprises."

Article 8, Political Party Funding Act (PPFA), 2018.

The Political Parties Funding Acts prohibits donations to parties by organs of the state or state owned enterprises.
