Art 6, 'The Government and the Political Parties agree on the equality of conditions of the political parties in the access to the social communication media (Press, Radio and Television) owned by the State in the following terms: a) In 'non-ELECTORAL PERIOD', each political party will have weekly ten minutes to broadcast free of charge, notices and announcements, on the Radio and National Television Broadcasters. b) In 'ELECTORAL PERIOD', each political party will have weekly, also free of charge, a space of 60 minutes to disseminate their ideological postulates, political programs and electoral platforms on National Radio of Equatorial Guinea, and 30 minutes on Equatorial Guinea's Television.
