The parties, fronts and coalitions subject to this law are free to carry out their activities within the framework of laws and regulations, and in case of committing the following acts:… Carrying out any economic and for-profit activity, including through the establishment of companies and commercial institutions or importing and exporting and any economic activity to be subject to commercial law.
