20. Candidates, political parties are obliged to keep records of the receipts and expenditures of their electoral funds and submit corresponding financial reports to the Central Election Commission. The procedure, terms and forms of financial reports are determined by the Central Election Commission.

21. Information on the receipt and expenditure of electoral funds, financial reports of candidates, political parties on the financing of electoral campaigns, information on the amount of received and returned funds from electoral deposits and the amount transferred to the state budget must be posted on the official website of the Central Election Commission, taking into account legislation on personal data and banking secrecy.
