5. All funds forming the electoral fund are transferred to a special account in a banking or other institution. This account is opened by a candidate, a political party with the permission of the Central Election Commission. Funds entering electoral funds should be accepted only in national currency. Income on these accounts is not accrued or paid. A candidate, political party may open only one special account of its electoral fund.
