Answer
2. Election funds may be formed at the expense of the following funds, as well as campaign materials, which are taken into account by the Central Election Commission:
1) own funds of the candidate included in the list of candidates, which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 15,000 times;
2) own funds of a political party, which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 1,000,000 times;
3) donations from individuals, the amount of which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 2000 times;
4) donations from legal entities, the amount of which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 30,000 times. The maximum amount of funds received and spent from the electoral fund of a political party that has nominated a list of candidates cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 3,000,000 times.
A calculated indicator should be considered =100, meaning that each number is multiplied by 100 to get the amount in Kyrgyz Som (KGS).
