30. What is the allocation calculation for political parties to receive public funding?

Article 31, Political Parties Charter, 2009 as amended by Law 32/PR/2019

Participation in the last presidential, parliamentary or local elections; proportional to the number of women elected:

15% - participation in the last presidential, parliamentary or local elections
40% - proportional to the number of deputies elected
35% - proportional to the number of councillors elected at all levels
10% - proportional to the number of women elected
