Compliance with political party regulations, i.e. holding regular meetings of the party leadership, HQ entirely dedicated to political activities, submission of annual financial reports certified by the Supreme Court, opening of a bank account in Tchad, justification of the origin of the sources of financing and use thereof, declaration of assets.
