Art. 360.- Se prohíbe a las organizaciones políticas recibir, directa o indirectamente, aportes económicos de empresas estatales (…)

Government-owned enterprises are forbidden to contribute to political organizations (without establishing the amount of ownership required for the prohibition to apply).
