Article 8b. Electronic voting

1) The government may, in agreement with interested municipalities, approve attempts to cast electronic votes for a limited place, time and subject.

2) The control of voting rights, voting and election secrecy as well as the recording of all votes must be guaranteed and abuses must be excluded.

3) The government regulates the requirements for electronic voting, in particular the requirements for valid voting and the reasons for invalidation, by ordinance.
