6A. The Chief Electoral Officer shall establish in each constituency a centre (in this Act referred to as a registration centre) for the purpose of the registration of voters so, however, that he may from time to time, establish such other registration centres in a constituency as he considers necessary. 

7(1). The Chief Electoral Officer shall every six months or at such other intervals as the Minister may, on the advice of the Committee, from time to time, prescribe and in accordance with the rules set out in the First Schedule prepare and official list of electors in respect of every polling division and forthwith publish such list in the prescribed manner.
