17. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election, what is the limit?

"Donations from natural persons to an individual party, being it both in cash and in-kind, executed directly or through intermediaries, cannot overcome the maximum amount of €100000 in one year, exception made for donations by reason of death"

"Subjects different from natural persons cannot contribute to political parties with donations in cash or in-kind that exceed the amount of €100.000 in one year"
