44. Are there limits on traditional media advertising spending in relation to election campaigns?

According to the Georgian legislation, there are no limitations on media advertising for the political parties and/or candidates. However, the Georgian legislation imposes restrictions on media organizations that indirectly affect and limit the advertising spending of political parties.
