 Article 10  

 

a. The committee confirms that the conditions stipulated in the law and this system are met to provide the party with a the public contribution.  

b. The Audit Bureau undertakes oversight of the party’s funds to verify the integrity of its agreement in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

c. If the party violates any of the provisions of the law and this system, it shall be notified to remove the violation within a period of no more than thirty days from the date the written notification. If the violation continues, the committee may decide not to disburse the financial contribution or recover the value of the violation from the disbursed amounts in the manner it deems appropriate. 

d.The party may not cover any financial business that is indebted from it the financial contribution, and exceptions can be made if the debt is caused by the provision of paragraph (a) of Article (7) of this system.
