Are official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system?

Section 120. When the vote counting at polling place is finished, the polling station committee shall announce vote result of that polling station, number of ballot papers being used and left from vote casting, with regard to openness and shall report voting result before the constituency election committee quickly.

For the interest of quick notification of electoral information before the public, the Commission may manage to have voting result report unofficially.

Announcement of result of vote counting, report of vote counting, and unofficial report of vote counting, shall be under rules and procedures prescribed by the Commission.

Electoral law is silent about the use of electronic tabulation system. Website of the Commission also does not contain information in this regard. Several media sources published critical articles about slow vote counting and tabulation process in 2019 elections. They also do not mention the use of technology.
