Statement by the SADC Secretariat following the Publication of Provisional Results of the 2018 Presidential Election in Madagascar; Gaborone, Botswana, 19th November, 2018:  

"The Southern African Development Community (SADC) welcomes the publication of provisional results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) on 17th November, 2018, following the first round of voting in the 2018 Presidential Election held on 7th November, 2018 in Madagascar."
