Article 135(1) The State Election Commission shall announce the initial results of the elections consecutively as they receive them electronically; the results based on the protocols of the Municipal Election Commissions i.e. the Election Commission of the City of Skopje shall be announced within 12 hours after the elections are completed.
(2) The State Election Commission shall announce the final results of the voting immediately and no later than 24 hours from the day they become final.
Comment
Electoral Code only mentions that results are received from MECs electronically. However, there are no further details regarding the use of electronic tabulation systems. EOM mission report also does not cover the use of such systems.
