20. Electronic voter card: A document issued by the IHEC for every Iraqi who meets the conditions of the voter stipulated in the election law.

A- Biometric voter card: Contains vital voter data (personal photograph and ten fingerprints) as well as data recorded in the voter register as in the official documents approved by the Commission for the voter registered in the IHEC) Non-biometric

B- Voter card: contains the data in the voter register of voters who are not registered with the biometric.

21.The electronic verification device: A device used inside the polling station to read the electronic voter card data that is registered with the voters of the station as well as taking the voter's fingerprint.
