Clara Seeber joined the EU Liaison Team at International IDEA’s Brussels office as a Carlo Schmid Fellow in 2024 and currently works as a consultant supporting the Regional Europe Programme. Her work focuses on implementing initiatives that advance and strengthen democratic resilience in Eastern Europe.
