2000	Presidential	Personal	1995	Since the 2000 version of the Electoral Code and up to its amendment in 2020, the provisions for out of country voting have not been changed. Even though the Electoral Code covers all the types of elections (Presidential, Legislative, and sub-national elections), it explicitly allows external voting only for Presidential elections (Article 3.2).
