2009	Presidential Referendums	Personal	2014	Voting from abroad was included in the Chapter X, section I, Articles 187-192 of the Electoral Code issued on 2009. It will be first implemented in the Presidential elections of 2014, unless a national referendum occurs prior to that. (Research was conducted in 2012.)
