2015	Presidential	Personal	2023	Article 7 of the Law No. 15/001 of 12 February 2015 does not contain anymore the fifth sub-section in the 2006 version of the same law (see data for 2006), which prohibited out of country voting. The new Article 5 of the law above allows out of country voting for Presidential elections. However, despite these provisions in the law, out-of-country voting was not allowed in the 30 December 2018 General Elections. Out-of-country voting was allowed for the first time during 20 December 2023 General Elections.
