The Supervisory Commission for Elections has mainly supervisory role (see Articles 19, 20), while the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities is responsible for election administration related tasks, including processing of candidate nomination applications (Articles 45, 46), overseeing voter registration (Chapter IV), and organization of voting (Chapter VII).
