However, the system failed (see sources) and, therefore, the out-of-country voting was repeated in the second round, which was held on 15 October, using in person voting.
2020	Presidential Legislative Andean Parliamentary elections	Personal	2006	Citizens abroad also elect six representatives to the National Assembly and can request referendums.
