Therefore, we have taken the date of 2011 parliamentary elections, in which external voting was first practiced, as a starting date for external voting in Cyprus. No major change in out-of-country voting regulations was made as of May 2021. In the recent Legislative (2021) and Presidential (2018) elections, out-of-country voting was administered in several countries.
