2018	Presidential	Personal	1998	Electoral Law (as of April 2018) does not clearly specify to which types of elections voting from abroad provisions apply. However, looking at the electoral regulations in the CNE website, one can observe that guidelines for external voting are provided only for Presidential elections, while such guidelines do not exist for Parliamentary elections. Thus, we assume voting from abroad is still allowed only for Presidential elections.
