Personal 1994 The latest change in the law that happened in 2013 was the restriction of the right to vote at the elections of MPs only in the nationwide election district. Ukraine has parallel electoral system in which voters can vote for candidates in single member districts and also for nationwide multi-member election district. (Data has been updated in April 2018)

Personal 1994 It is difficult to track the first year when external voting was regulated in Ukraine. Besides, separate legislation exists for presidential and legislative elections, as well as for referendums. We set the first date as 1994 based on the fact that external voting was first used on the elections held in 1994.
