What is the maximum time to submit an appeal since imposition of sanctions?

Artigo 195 (Recurso ao Conselho Constitucional)
1. The deliberations taken by the ENC onelectoral subject can be appealed to the Constitutional Council.
2. The appeal must be done within 3 days, fromthe notification of the deliberation of the ENC about the presented complaintor protest.
3. Within 5 days, the Constitutional Councildefinitely judges the appeal, by communicating immediately the decision to allthe interested persons, including electoral bodies.

2. O recurso ? interposto no prazo de tres dias, a contarda notifica??o da delibera??o da Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es sobre areclama??o ou protesto apresentado.
3. No prazo de cinco dias, o Conselho Constitucionaljulga definitivamente o recurso, comunicando imediatamente a decis?o a todos osinteressados, incluindo os ?rg?os eleitorais.
