Article 77 4. Decisions of the DEC/commissionhead officials, within 1 calendar day of their delivery, may be appealed to theCEC, which shall examine the appeal within 1 calendar day. The decision of theCEC, within 1 calendar day of its delivery, may be appealed to Tbilisi CityCourt. Tbilisi City Court shall examine the appeal within 2 calendar days. TheTbilisi City Court ruling, within 1 calendar day of its delivery, may beappealed to the Court of Appeal, which shall deliver its ruling within 1calendar day of the submission of the appeal. The ruling of the Court of Appealis final, and not subject to appeal.

5. The decision of the CEC/head officials of theCEC may be appealed to Tbilisi City Court, within 2 calendar days of itsdelivery. The Tbilisi City Court shall examine the appeal within 2 calendardays. The Tbilisi City Court ruling, within 2 calendar days of its delivery,may be appealed to the Court of Appeal, which shall deliver its ruling within 2calendar days of the submission of the appeal. The ruling of the Court ofAppeal is final, and not subject to appeal.
