Article 77 4. Decisions of theDEC/commission head officials, within 1 calendar day of their delivery, may beappealed to the CEC, which shall examine the appeal within 1 calendar day. Thedecision of the CEC, within 1 calendar day of its delivery, may be appealed toTbilisi City Court. Tbilisi City Court shall examine the appeal within 2calendar days. The Tbilisi City Court ruling, within 1 calendar day of itsdelivery, may be appealed to the Court of Appeal, which shall deliver its rulingwithin 1 calendar day of the submission of the appeal. The ruling of the Courtof Appeal is final, and not subject to appeal.

5. The decision of the CEC/head officials ofthe CEC may be appealed to Tbilisi City Court, within 2 calendar days of itsdelivery. The Tbilisi City Court shall examine the appeal within 2 calendardays. The Tbilisi City Court ruling, within 2 calendar days of its delivery,may be appealed to the Court of Appeal, which shall deliver its ruling within 2calendar days of the submission of the appeal. The ruling of the Court ofAppeal is final, and not subject to appeal.

The legislation doesnot specify the timeframe within which Court of Appeals has to make thedecision                     

Option 1:

1(CEC decision)+2(appeal to Tbilisi City Court, TCC)+2(TCCdecision)+2(appeal to CA)+2(decision of the CA)= 9 days

 

Option 2: 2(TCC decision)+2(appeal to CA)+(timeframe for CA to make thedecision)=4+…(timeframe for CA decision)
