223. The Returning Officershall, after all nomination papers have been scrutinized and the decisioneither to accept or reject have been recorded, prepare in a prescribed form, alist of validly nominated candidates and affix it to his/her notice board.
Provided that the preparationof such list shall not be deferred on the ground that the scrutiny proceedingin relation to the nomination of any candidate has been adjourned under thesection 220.
