III. CONSTITUENCIES

Article 12

1. The election of councilors is conducted in a municipality as a single constituency. The election of MPs is conducted in the Republic as a single constituency.

2. In the Republic, as a single constituency, five MPs shall be elected, out of the total number of MPs, at the polling stations defined by the special resolution passed by the Assembly.
