According to the electoral law Article 30.1 At the end of registration, the voter register shall be closed, signed, and stamped by relevant election officials;
Article 30.2 The voter register shall be available for public inspection.
Article 27. Details of the voter register
It states that The Commission shall issue a detailed voter register to be applied inside and outside the country

It is however not clear the how these registers are available to the public for inspection
