Article 94: Publication of the partial count

 

1.       The partial count shall be immediately published through a copy of the original results sheet, duly signed and stamped, at the place where the polling station operates, in which the number of votes obtained by each candidature, the number of blank ballots and the number of invalid votes are given.

2.       At each polling station the partial result of the elections may only be made public after the time fixed for the close of polls nationally.

3.       The chairperson of the polling station shall post the minutes and the results sheet in the polling station in a place accessible to the public.

Article 95: Communications for the purpose of the provisional count of votes

The chairperson of the polling station shall immediately inform the district or city elections committee of the data contained in the results sheet envisaged in the previous article, which in turn shall transmit them to the provincial elections commission, which sends them on directly to the National Elections Commission.
