Final Report, Parliamentary Elections of 26 May 2012, Commonwealth (2012), P. 26.

The voting procedure on Election Day was as follows:

Voters present themselves to a voting officer for  identification and registration. This is cross-checked and confirmed against the voter register, after which the name of the voter is crossed off. The names of voters are called out so that observers, especially Party Agents, can identify who is voting. : http://aceproject.org/ero-en/regions/africa/LS/lesotho-final-report-parliamentary-elections-of-26/at_download/file
