Who prosecutes election-related criminal offences?

Art.14: The public prosecutor is in charge of prosecution, requires the applicationof the law and ensure the execution of court decisions.

The Electoral Law does not contain anyspecific provisions regarding the investigation and prosecution ofelection-related criminal offenses. Therefore, the general provisions of theCode of Penal Procedure shall be applied.
