TITLE II:Control of the regularity of elections and referendums.
Article 33: The President of theConstitutional Council shall appoint one or several rapporteurs from among themembers of the Council to examine the claims and submit to the Council a reportand a draft decision within the time limit set out in the Ordinance bearing theorganic law relating to the electoral system concerning the settlement oflitigation.
Article34: The rapporteurmay hear any person and require the submitting to the Constitutional Council ofany document related to electoral operations.
