Trialof offences

 

150.

(1) Anoffence committed under this Act shall be triable in a Magistrate Court or aHigh Court of a State in which the offence is committed, or the Federal CapitalTerritory, Abuja.

(2) Aprosecution under this Act shall be undertaken by legal Officers of the Commissionor any Legal Practitioner appointed by it.

 

Interpretation

In this Bill,unless the context otherwise requires—

'Commission'means the Independent National Electoral Commission established by theConstitution;
