Procedimiento judicial
Artículo 151
1. El procedimientopara la sanci?n de estos delitos se tramitar? con arreglo a la Ley deEnjuiciamiento Criminal. Las actuaciones que se produzcan por aplicaci?n deestas normas tendr?n car?cter preferente y se tramitar?n con la m?xima urgenciaposible.
2. La acci?n penal quenace en estos delitos es p?blica y podr? ejercitarse sin necesidad de dep?sitoo fianza alguna.
Artículo 152
El Tribunal o Juez a quien corresponda la ejecuci?n delas Sentencias firmes dictadas en causas por delitos a los que se refiere esteT?tulo dispondr? la publicaci?n de aqu?llas en el ?Bolet?n Oficial? de laProvincia y remitir? testimonio de las mismas a la Junta Electoral Central.

Court proceedings
Article 151
1. The proceedings to follow inorder to prosecute these crimes are regulated at the Law on CriminalProceedings, Court proceedings to undertake because of this normative shall beprocessed on a preferential basis and with the utmost urgency.
2. These crimes’ criminal action is public and can be exercised withoutany bond or deposit.
Article 152
The Court or Judge responsible of the enforcement of final judgmentsdelivered in these Title offences’ cases shall publish those judgments in theOfficial Gazette of the Province and shall send a communication of these to theCentral Electoral Commission.
